Lego Robotics Competition

On 9th February, two teams took part in a Lego robotics competition against ten other schools. The teams had worked tirelessly leading up to the competition, coming in before and after school for weeks to practise with the robots! Team “iCool” was an experienced team who have taken part in competitions before and they were wonderful at supporting the “Dunottar Warrior Robotics” team who comprised entirely of Year 7 pupils who had never coded a robot before the start of the year. On the day, both teams did incredibly well, scoring highly with their robot missions and showing great team spirit cheering on other local school teams. When the final awards were announced, team “iCool” were delighted to win the award for the highest robot score! Well done to both teams for representing Dunottar so well.
