Dunottar School is a happy, vibrant community where every child is encouraged to be the best they can be. Our friendly admissions team is on hand to answer any questions you have about Dunottar and to guide you through the admissions process. Mr Mark Tottman, Headmaster, is always happy to talk with prospective parents to offer advice and to help you find out more about how your son or daughter would benefit from a Dunottar education.
Our main intake at Dunottar is in Year 7 and Year 12.
The admissions process at Dunottar is designed to help us identify those pupils who will thrive at our school. We make sure that the admissions process is as friendly and relaxed as it can be so that your son or daughter can be themselves on the entrance assessment day and do their very best.

Families are warmly invited to join us at one of our open days. As well as informative presentations from our Headmaster and Senior Leadership Team, visitors will have the opportunity to find out more about our welcoming community through a tour with some of our pupils, who will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Dunottar School is located in a handsome Palladian-style mansion set in 15 acres of beautiful grounds just outside Reigate town centre.
The school benefits from the surroundings of a countryside setting with all the convenience and accessibility of a town centre school, making walking and cycling to school easy for local pupils. Within the school grounds, pupils and staff who cycle to school have access to a secure bike storage facility.
We run a coach service to bring pupils into school and to take them home again in the afternoon. For further information on the routes that are covered, please click here.
