Acing it on the volleyball courts

In September this year, our sports department made Dunottar history, with the introduction of the school’s very first recreational volleyball club, led by Coach Fernandez and Mrs Pieters.
Our pupils loved the sessions, and quickly developed the extra skill required to build a competitive mixed team.
Just two months later, a very excited and nervous Dunottar Warriors Volleyball Team played their first fixture against Christ’s College (Guildford), supported by a team of proud parents and coaches.
“We’re delighted for our pupils, there were lots of nerves before today’s match and they played brilliantly. We can’t wait for the next opportunity for Dunottar Warriors Volleyball Team to hit the court…watch this space!” Mr Fernandez – Team coach commented.
