Mr Andrew Telford

As the parent of two children at Dunottar, Andrew is committed to supporting the school’s continued success, and enjoys building connections between parents, the community and the school.

Andrew brings extensive experience from both corporate leadership and consulting to his role as a governor at Dunottar School. As a board director at OxfordSM, a management consulting firm, he leads client relationships with large multinational organisations, focusing on building organisational capabilities in areas such as sales, marketing and culture. Andrew also plays a key role in setting the firm’s strategic direction, with responsibilities for finance and managing business operations.

Before his consulting career, Andrew read Natural Sciences and Management Studies at the University of Cambridge and spent over a decade at Unilever, where he worked on the marketing and business management of major brands such as Flora, Lipton and Bertolli.

Andrew is deeply involved in the Reigate community. He has coached junior rugby at Old Reigatian RFC since 2013 and has served on the committee at Reigate Squash Club since 2015. A keen skier, mountain biker, and trail runner, he enjoys staying active and is also engaged in alumni networks, maintaining strong connections with his former school and university.
