Dunottar School is a happy, vibrant community where every child is encouraged to be the best they can be.  Our friendly admissions team is on hand to answer any questions you have about Dunottar, our Warrior Learner ethos and to guide you through the admissions process.

This process is designed to help us identify those pupils who will thrive at our school.  We make sure that the admissions process is as friendly and relaxed as it can be so that your child can be themselves on the entrance assessment day and do their very best.

Our intake at Dunottar is in Year 7 and Sixth Form

Year 5 Early Offer Admissions Process

We are excited to announce our new early offer process which provides an opportunity for children to secure their place at Dunottar School. This early offer process takes place in the Spring Term of Year 5 with offers being sent early in the Summer Term.

Year 6 Admissions Process

If you have chosen not to take part in the early offer process, we also offer you the opportunity to apply in Year 6. This offer process takes place in the Autumn Term of Year 6 with offers being sent in the Spring Term.
