Students Raise £500 for ‘worthy cause’.

Year 7 students from Dunottar School in Reigate have raised £500 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

The aim of the charity is to improve care and support for people affected by MND.  It also funds and promotes research into this debilitating condition.

The enterprising youngsters raised funds through cake and sweet sales, a lucky dip and a sponsored swim.

Form tutor Susan Gough commented: “I’m very proud of the class, who went out of their way to contribute to this worthy cause.”
