Another fantastic year of 'A' Level results for our Dunottar girls

Dunottar Girls celebrate another year of impressive results.

Senior girls at Dunottar School in Reigate, Surrey, were celebrating another year where excellent results have been achieved in A level examinations. 

Dunottar offers girls a well-structured and diverse educational experience rather than a hot house for academic results alone.  We are specialists in educating girls, to prepare them for life and encourage them to be independent and confident young women in the work place.  This year’s students have shown that it is possible to enjoy a balanced curriculum alongside a variety of other interests whilst still achieving excellent results in public examinations that are so important in securing their futures.  61% of all the results were graded A*-B and 80% of all the results were at least grade C.

Headmistress, Mrs Nikki Matthews (member of the Girls Schools’ Association) said:  “The girls have worked so hard this year and they have achieved some wonderful results, deserving of the effort they have put in.  I am delighted with their achievements.  The girls have secured places at the universities of their choice.  It always amazes me how well the girls manage to balance their academic studies with the many other opportunities available at Dunottar, which provides an environment in which they can achieve their best.”
