Memorandum
To work within the charitable objectives of the school. To maintain in the Board of Trustees a range of experience, skills and background appropriate to the efficient running of the school.
Leadership & Management
To develop a strong Senior team who work as a team for the benefit of the whole school with effective communication with Trustees, staff, parents and girls. To develop a co-operative ethos among Heads of Department and with other managers.
Curriculum
To provide a broad and balanced curriculum suited to the needs of our pupils. To encourage the use of modern technology and methods across the curriculum. To participate in schemes of excellence related to the curriculum.
Extra-curricular activities
To provide a wide range of extra-curricular activities, both to enrich the curriculum and provide encouragement and opportunities for girls to excel and hence support the aims of the school.

MarketingTo ensure that all staff have a clear view of the aims of the school and to promote those aims on every occasion. To encourage others involved with the school to do likewise. To promote, in particular, the value of single sex education for girls. To identify new marketing opportunities and potential parents and pupils. To maintain links with our feeder schools. FinanceTo provide a sound financial basis to support the objectives of the school. To employ the appropriate professional advisers on finance and finance-related issues.
