£250 of the deposit will be deducted from the first term’s fees and the remainder will be refunded at the end of the last term. (If a pupil is withdrawn, this is non-returnable).
All fees are payable strictly in advance and become due on the first day of term. Late payment of fees is subject to an interest charge levy.
Cheques should be made payable to Dunottar School Foundation Limited. No rebate of fees is allowed by the School for absence. There is an optional opt-out School Fees Remission Scheme to provide against loss of fees through illness which parents are advised to take out.
The School requires a full term's notice of withdrawal in writing, on or before the first day of term, of the removal of the pupil from the School. The same notice is required for cessation of any extra-curricular subject, school lunch or coach travel.
Fees may be paid using School Fees Plan direct debit system. SFP make a service charge for this facility. Forms are available from the Bursar.
